The UC Alumni Association has been administering the C-Paw License Plate Program since 2002. By paying the annual special-plate fee of $35, drivers can demonstrate their Bearcat pride on the road while automatically sending $25 from the fee back to UC to fund student scholarships.

Earning a degree in electrical engineering, Moore found an untapped passion for mentorship while in school. Upon graduation, he went on to start his own business while working in industry. The second year of the Hoffman Honors Scholars program (HHS) is in full swing. This fall, University of Cincinnati faculty and staff welcomed 22 new students as the second cohort of the Hoffman Honors Scholars program (HHS). Students from UC’s College of Arts and Sciences, College-Conservatory of Music and the Carl H. Lindner College of Business are provided tuition, room and board and a plethora of community tools and skill-training.

A $2 million gift from an anonymous donor will fund the tuition of another 10 medical students in the incoming class at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. In 2020, a generous donation of $6.9 million established the Webster-Gustin Medical Scholarship Fund. Four classes of 10 medical students received scholarships, and a subsequent gift in May 2025 supported a fifth class.
