Late Registration Request
Testing Services allows students to request appointments with our services after the registration deadlines under the following circumstances:
- You must be registered with Accessibility Resources – if not, your request will be denied.
- Always try Accommodate first – use it for any registration made 72+ hours before your exam
- Deadlines matter – late requests won’t be accepted:
- For Finals Week
- Less than 1 business day before your test
- For tests starting after 4 PM or later if we’re already scheduled to close
- During high-volume testing periods
- One late request allowed per semester – exceptions only for illness, test date changes, or emergencies (must have faculty approval first).
- Approval is not guaranteed – both Testing Services and your instructor must approve.
Late Registration Instructions
To make a Late Registration request:
Access the online Late Registration Request Form.
- Choose a group: Select " UC Accommodated Testing"
- Choose a group: Select " UC Accommodated Testing - Late Request"
- Choose an exam: Select "Accommodated Testing - Late Request"
- Select a Date and Time
- Complete your information
- Add to cart, and complete check-out (registration is free).
