HYROX Insipired Outdoor Fitness Challenge
Get ready for the ultimate outdoor fitness experience! Inspired by the global HYROX competition, this high-intensity event combines functional strength, endurance, and grit in a series of workout stations and running intervals, all set against the backdrop of Sheakley Lawn. Whether you're competing solo or with a partner, this challenge is built for all fitness levels and designed to test your power, speed, and stamina.
0.4 mile run to start and between each event.
Events:
- 5 min assault bike
- 50 meter sled push
- 1000 meter row
- 200 meter farmers carry
- 100 meter front rack walking lunges
- 50x wall balls

Mock Powerlifting Meet
Test your strength in a fun, supportive environment! This mock meet follows USAPL rules and standards, giving lifters of all levels the chance to experience meet conditions without the pressure of competition. Perfect for first-timers or those prepping for an official meet. Come show what you’ve been training for! We will be using a TSS Competition Rack.
