Detachment 665 NCOIC of Personnel

Technical Seargent (TSgt) Joshua M. Bagley serves as the Group Training Manager for the 20^th Medical Group at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. TSgt Bagley oversaw the United States Air Force training requirements for 370 medical group personnel, including 141 Active Duty members, 120 GS civilians, and 109 contractors, while helping to facilitate the medical training for 44 different medical specialties.

He was instrumental in the establishment and execution of the Air Force Medical Service Expeditionary Medical System within the 20^th Medical Group and further reinvigorated the Basic Life Support certification program to ensure 100% compliance within the medical group.

TSgt Bagley provides direction and supervision to the 20^th Fighter Wing Tactical Combat Casualty Care program which educates a population of 8.5K Active Duty members. As an active member of the Wing Inspection Team, TSgt Bagley ensures compliance with Air Force Instructions, standards, and safety for over 46K personal and $2.95 billion Air Force assets. TSgt Bagley is a leader in his Air Force Specialty Code as a mentor and preceptor for 28 20^th Fighter Wing Unit Training Managers.
