Training Philosophy: I believe that health should be one of life’s top priorities, but it should complement the other things that we have going on in our lives. My philosophy is to take health and fitness seriously and find that right balance along the way.

Fun Facts: I love to try new food places. On most of my weekends, I try to find a new place around the Cincinnati area. Not a cheap hobby, but definitely worth it.

Training Philosophy: I believe in taking small, steady steps instead of big changes, because the little steps lead to a stronger foundation to grow. Training shouldn't feel like a punishment; it should be something you look forward to, something that builds confidence in your daily life. I try to share my knowledge and passion in fitness with the clients I work with so that they can understand and feel accomplished with the progress they have made.

Fun Facts: I have 3 French bulldogs with 3 eyes total!

Fun Facts: I am from Lexington, Kentucky (GO CATS), I listen to country music 24/7, and I watch way too many Bravo reality shows.

Together, we’ll find the most enjoyable and effective way to build strength, mobility, and confidence. I’ll keep you accountable, but this journey is yours. Our minds often hold us back, and I’m here to help you break free from those limitations and become the strongest version of yourself, physically and mentally.

Fun Facts: I would call myself a powerlifter by trade, but I enjoy being well rounded. In my free time I ride dirt bikes, snowboard, and fish. I am also a lacrosse coach for a travel team in the summer and I want to get a PhD in Exercise Science.

Training Philosophy: My personal training philosophy centers around empowering clients to take control of their health and fitness journey through education, consistency, and balance. Every individual has the potential to achieve their goals when provided the right tools to succeed and plenty of support along the way!

Fun Facts: I enjoy hanging out with friends in my free time, baking, traveling, and being outside. A fun fact about me is that I hosted my own TV series for over three years.

Training Philosophy: My training philosophy is about helping people build a body they feel comfortable and confident in, while also improving health. Training should strengthen both the physical and mental, building strength, mobility, and longevity. Fitness should add to your life, not feel like something you dread every day. I heard once, "compliance is the science," and I really believe that. What you enjoy is what you will stick to and will get you the best results. My goal is to create an environment where training feels empowering, sustainable, and genuinely rewarding.

Fun Facts: I love a good thriller book. I have also seen over 50 artists live (concerts are my happy place). I try to spend as much time outside as I can. I love being active and working with my hands - I have remodeled over 20 houses, from basements to bathrooms to decks to even the whole house itself.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at—whether you want to build strength, recover from injury, change your lifestyle, or just feel better day to day—and help you get where you want to go. I care deeply about my clients’ success, and I’ll push you, support you, and make sure you always feel encouraged and capable along the way.

Fun Facts: I am a competitive bodybuilder (NPC Figure), and a singer! I love all things self-care and mental health– you’ll catch me drinking tea and journaling in the evenings. I want to someday open a gym, a financial advising company, and become a fitness influencer. My dream home is on a beach near the city with lots of yard space for me and my dog!
