Welcome to the Office of Debt Management, a department within the Office of the Treasurer. The mission of the Office of Debt Management is to administer the University of Cincinnati's existing debt and proposed new debt issuances in accordance with federal and state laws as well as university policies and procedures to support the university’s mission to provide the highest quality learning and research environment.
