Success Skills Workshops
Success Skills Workshops are hour-long, peer-led, online group sessions that focus on strengthening college success skills, like study skills, note-taking, and motivation. While there is no shortcut to success, these workshops aim to empower you to apply academic habits and soft skills through a deeper understanding of them.

The Looming Exam: Push Past Procrastination to Action | You may sit down to start studying, ready to dedicate their time to your upcoming exam; however, while you are pulling up your notes, you decide to take a little detour to TikTok…three hours later, you have not studied at all. This procrastination leads to more stress and less work. You can come learn about procrastination and gain the skills to push past it to action and achievement. In this workshop, we will focus on the latest research on motivation and procrastination and conduct an assessment of students' own behaviors, resulting in a balanced plan for continued motivation for their next exam and throughout the semester.
