Event Equipment Rental
CES offers an event equipment rental program available for events on Main West Campus. CES has folding chairs, tables, pipe & drapes, and more available to rent for your event.
How to Request Equipment
If you’re interested in renting equipment through CES, please complete the form below. CES will review your request and follow up with you directly.
Please note:
- Submission of this form does not guarantee availability.
- This request serves as an initial inquiry and may be used to generate an estimated cost.
- Any items not listed on the form, or without a listed price, will require direct consultation with CES to determine pricing.
- Rental requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance of the event date. The form will not allow you to select a date within that window.
- A Minimum Order Fee will apply to any rental totaling less than $25.
- A Service Fee of 15% will be added to the final invoice total.
